You may schedule your session in whichever way feels most comfortable — either online for convenience or by reaching out first to ask a question or briefly introduce yourself.


Schedule Instantly Online

If you're ready to begin, you may schedule your session directly through my secure online scheduling system. This allows you to view available times and schedule your appointment at a time that works best for you.

Once your session is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the details about your appointment and any information you may need before we meet.

Payment for your session will be processed at the time of your appointment through Square. 


If You Prefer to Talk Before Scheduling

If you feel more comfortable reaching out first, you are always welcome to do so.

You may click the "Contact Me" button at the bottom of this page, complete and submit the form, and I will personally call you to answer any questions.

I want this process to feel clear, personal, and comfortable — so you can focus on being supported rather than navigating systems.


Payment

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards are accepted (American Express is not accepted at this time).

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used if your specific plan allows coaching services. Please check directly with your plan administrator to determine eligibility before scheduling.

Payment for your session will be processed at the time of your appointment through Square.


A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated to reschedule an appointment.
